It starts for FREE for the first few transactions so you can try it out and see how easy it is and how it works. You do need to spend a bit of time loading your Properties, or a selection of them and their associated Tenants and Landlords.

You are then charged on a per transaction basis but only when a Fault is approved and accepted to be fixed. We count down so we give you the first 20 Transactions for free with an immediate balance of £4.00. Before it reaches zero the system will issue an email asking you to input more. If you want to continue using the system, which we are sure you will, then all you need do is to pay more funds using the function within the system.

You can pay by Credit or Debit card and the funds are immediately made available on your account. You can see the Account balance on the Account profile page.

How much you pay each time is dependent upon you. If you were tracking 100 Faults every month then you would need to load £20 onto your account per month. Using 100 Faults a month as an example cost benefit analysis gives interesting results. If each Fault took just 15 minutes to record and manage then 100 faults would take 25 hours. This equates to one person over 4 days taking breaks and other interuptions into account. If you reduce that 15 minutes down to 5 minutes through the use of Clear-Tenant then you save between 2 and 3 man days. This is an over-simplification but it proves the point.
